We have lots of different ways you can give feedback throughout the year on a variety of topics. We want to ensure we’re working on the things that matter most to you and you shape decisions being made. Want to get paid for your feedback? We’ve got plenty of opportunities for you to earn a bit of extra money including monthly questions, one-off surveys, focus groups or workshops so you can inform us on what is most important to your student experience.

1. Do I get paid for signing up?
You won't get paid for completing the sign-up survey, however, we pay £5 per survey after you have signed up.
2. How many surveys do I have to do before I get paid?
At the end of the year, we will send you a voucher to the value of how many surveys you completed throughout the year. Each survey is normally worth £5, so, for example, completing 5 surveys will earn you a £25 voucher.
3. How many surveys do I have to fill out?
We aim to have at least one survey per month for you to complete. However, we may send out additional surveys if we feel it is necessary.
4. How will my answers be used?
The feedback you provide us through the surveys will help shape the work we do at your Students’ Guild. This includes campaigns and lobbying work to ensure the University of Exeter are doing the best for you as students.
5. What if I want to stop getting surveys?
You can unsubscribe from our survey mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button on our email, or by contacting us at email@example.com.
6. I’m having issues accessing the surveys?
Try accessing the survey on a different device, ie. Mobile or laptop, to see if that makes a difference. If this doesn’t solve the issue, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org, who will be able to help you further.
7. Why do you need so much information about me?
We ask these questions to find out who our students are and how they experience student life at Exeter. We want to make sure that everyone has the best student experience possible, and so asking these questions can help us identify areas that need improving.
8. What do you do with my information?
The information you provide with us is used, for example, to select and invite you to our surveys, credit you with rewards you have earnt, produce anonymous reports from combined survey responses and improve our services. For more information on how we use your data, take a look at our Data Protection Policy.
9. I have another question that wasn't answered here, how can I contact you?
