Graphic Designer

Our visual identity is vital for our brand and marketing delivery. It’s the anchoring point for students to engage with us and find out more about our story and the services, opportunities and activities we provide to help them Love Exeter. The Graphic Designer will lead the way for design standards, and play a key role in developing our visual brand to deliver our marketing campaigns and ambitions.​We think this role could be a great fit for someone who is looking to build their experience and portfolio, or an experienced candidate looking to expand their skills and try a new challenge on variety of projects. You will have the flexibility to work from home for part of the week, as well as the opportunity to work with our diverse teams on the beautiful Exeter University campuses.​

Community Projects Coordinator

Are you driven by a passion for building inclusive communities and making a real impact? ​Do you have the organisational skills to turn ideas into action?​​ We’re looking for a Community Projects Coordinator to champion diversity and belonging among our unique members, who are students at the University of Exeter.​​In this role, you’ll collaborate with student leaders from a range of backgrounds to create projects that celebrate diverse cultures and identities, empowering them to lead the change they want to see. Role: Community Projects Coordinator

Hours: 35-hours per week (to be worked flexibly)

Salary: £24,987.96 to £28,329.46 per annum

Student Advisor

We’re looking for someone with a passion for supporting and empowering others.​Our team of Student Advisors work to ensure that students are able to access free, independent and confidential advice on issues that affect their university experience, so that they are empowered to advocate for themselves, and to help students Love Exeter.​You will empower students to understand their rights, to identify and access appropriate sources of support, and to navigate processes and procedures that can be complex and challenging at times. The role plays a key part in ensuring students have relevant information and resources through the provision of advice casework and individual advocacy.​

We’re looking for someone who wants to be at the forefront of our services, helping students with enquiries and play a pivotal role in upholding and representing our brand and values to ensure every interaction is impactful and informative.

Student Community Librarian

We’re looking for someone with a passion for how literature can powerfully amplify diverse voices to a wider audience. The Student Community Librarian will curate our Community Library in Devonshire House so that it amplifies diverse voices and organising events and activities around the Community Library to expand the ways students can engage with it.

EDI Student Consultant

We’re looking for someone with the passion to bring about positive advancement for the equality, diversity, and inclusion of Exeter’s student population. You will be involved in identifying the most pressing issues faced by our minority and marginalised student communities. From this, you will develop and implement innovative solutions which will enhance the Guild’s EDI practice and enhance the experience of students Exeter.

Community Organiser

We’re looking for someone with the passion to grow the participation and representation of our diverse student communities. The Community Organiser role will work directly with our diverse student community groups to help them organise events, activities, and initiatives which build a sense of belonging. This will include contributing to our projects which profile particular communities (Disability History Month, LGBTQ+ History Month, etc.) and cultural celebrations.

Anti-Racism Project Intern

We’re looking for someone with the passion to champion anti-racism progress at Exeter. The AntiRacism Project Intern will enhance the work of the Guild by focussing specifically on a project promoting anti-racism. The purpose of this role is to scope, develop, and deliver an anti-racism project which will enhance the experience of Exeter’s Students of Colour and International Students.

Data Assistant

The Data Assistant will support the Guild’s mission of helping all students Love Exeter by supporting the delivery of insights projects to ensure our decision making is student- and data-led. In your role you will work closely with the Insights team to plan, deliver, analyse and report on diverse research projects about the Exeter student experience.
