World Mental Health Day
Today is World Mental Health Day, a time to remind ourselves of how important it is to talk about mental health and how we can look after it. Today we held a Wellbeing Brunch in DH1, where students had the chance to enjoy free snacks whilst talking about the importance of looking after your mental health and wellbeing.

Our Advice Service are here to provide free, independent, confidential advice and support on a variety of issues including housing and finance.
