Students from every department at the University elect their Department Officer who will – working with other Academic Reps – represent you at course, department, and faculty level to ensure you have the best possible educational experience.

The current Department Officers will continue in their roles until June, at which time they will handover to the incoming officers, who will begin their roles in the 2023/24 academic year.

The departments which are not listed above did not elect a Department Officer on this occasion. This was probably because no students put themselves forward at this time. New elections for these vacancies will be held in due course.
The results for the full-time roles of the Leadership Election will be announced at an event (which will also be livestreamed) in the Forum at 19:00 with the results published in full on the Students’ Guild website afterwards.
