The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) oversee specific areas of the Students’ Guild, or in the case of the Chief Executive, the whole organisation. SLT also provide support and mentoring for the Full-Time Officer team.
Working closely with the Guild’s Chief Executive and Full-Time Officers, the Leadership and Governance Support team ensures the provision of efficient and proactive administrative and strategic support services to the senior leadership and governance structures.
The Activities team coordinate many of the opportunities available to students, including societies, volunteering and oversee Guild Reception. They also have an Arts Development function to improve the arts and culture offering.
The Advice team provide confidential support to students at Exeter. They cover areas including finances, accommodation, welfare, academic support and widening participation.
The Voice team cover student representation at the Students’ Guild. They oversee elections, academic representation and other student leaders, and support our democratic structure and systems.
The Marketing and Brand team oversee the Guild’s presence digitally and on campus, communications to students through a number of platforms, the Students’ Guild brand and manage public relations. They also cover research and student insights and measuring our impact.
The Operations team is a key central support function of the Guild including ICT, Facilities, Health & Safety, and HR. The Finance team oversee the financial operations of the Students’ Guild. They seek to provide excellent service and support to all members using their wealth of experience and knowledge.
