Shaped by Students

We're independent from the University and led by students, which means student voices are at the heart of everything we do.

‍

Students tell us what matters, share their experiences, and champion the changes they want to see. We provide the support, resources, and opportunities to help turn those ideas into action.

Student-led

From elected Officers and Trustees to student representatives and society leaders, students are at the heart of decision-making across the Guild.

Not-for-profit Charity

We're an independent non-profit charity from the University. That means everything we do is focused on supporting students and improving your student experience

How we’re funded

We receive an annual grant from the University each year, which we invest in opportunities, support, communities, and representation for students. Come along to our Annual General Meeting to find out how we spent our funds.

Our Story

Since 1923, students have come together to build communities, improve University life and make change happen.

‍

Today’s Guild is built on that legacy – and our future will be shaped by students just like you.
