So much! Our events are run by our wonderful student event assistants, who are there to guide you through and are available to support you throughout!
On FIXR, the description will include what you can expect for the specific activity and clear accessibility information for the event location.

If you’ve booked onto a craft session or event in our spaces, come along at your booked time to secure your spot. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, your place may be given to someone else.
On every event FIXR description, it will say whether tickets are available on the day. We try, where possible, to provide on-the-day tickets for the majority of our events.
Some of our events sell out very quickly, but not to worry! Join the waitlist on FIXR and you will be contacted if a space becomes available. Where there is large demand for an event, we will try to run it again, so no one misses out
Email us at events@exeterguild.com, and we can refund your ticket where possible. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days and are issued through FIXR.
Yes, you can! Lots of students come alone, join other groups, participate in activities together, and form new friendships. Our events are run by students and are available to support throughout our events!
Trip info will be sent 1–2 working days before your trip via FIXR to the email linked to your FIXR account. If it hasn’t arrived, email events@exeterguild.com.
