What it's Like to Work Here

We’re not a corporate workplace and we’re proud of that.

We’re a community of people who care about what we do and who we do it for. Everything here is focused on making student life better, and that creates a working environment that feels collaborative, radically inclusive, empowering and full of purpose.

This is a place where you can be yourself, try new things, and build your confidence along the way. You’ll work alongside a mix of students, staff, and specialists - all bringing different perspectives, ideas, and experiences.

Whether you’re here for a few shifts a week or building your career, you’ll be supported to grow, develop your skills, and make a real impact.
