By completing the What Matters Most survey, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The survey is being run by the University of Exeter Students’ Guild (hereafter known as the Students’ Guild).

Eligibility to enter

• Survey respondents must be registered to the University of Exeter as a current student and have valid student ID to prove this.
• By completing the survey, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

How to enter

• The survey prize winners will only include those individuals who have followed the entry requirements before the closing date (09:00 Monday 19 October).
• To enter, the individual must fully complete the What Matters Most survey and have received a thank you email.
• As a bonus entry, individuals can also share the survey via a unique referral code to gain another entry into the prize draw.
• The Students’ Guild will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

• The winners of the prizes will be drawn at  random and survey prizes will be allocated to each winner at random.
• The Students’ Guild’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands, or reflect the views of the Students' Guild.
• The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• The decision of the Students’ Guild regarding  any aspect of the survey prizes is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Society Prize

‍

The society or club which refers the most students to fill in the survey will win a £250 bar tab and a VIP booth at Oriel's!

The society/club which receives the most referrals will be contacted via email after the survey closes. One referral per student.

Winner announcement

The winners will be notified via your exeter.ac.uk email address.  

The winning society will be contacted via your society email address

Receipt of the prize

• Physical prizes must be collected in person from the Guild Reception in Devonshire House, Streatham. Winners must show  valid student ID and the email from the Students' Guild to collect the prize.

• For digital prizes, we will ask for the winner  to provide us their email for the Students' Guild to contact you with prize details.

• The Students’ Guild will not accept  responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Date Protection and publicity

• You consent to any personal information you provide in completing the survey being used by the Students’ Guild for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. This may include passing on your name and email address to a third party who are processing prizes externally from the Students' Guild.
• Upon collecting any physical prizes, we may ask for a photo of the winner with their prize. We will only post this photo on social media channels with the written consent of the winner.
• The University of Exeter Students’ Guild will collect and analyse your feedback for service improvement. This data will be analysed by the Guild and University of Exeter, and will be stored securely according to data protection policies. See the Guild's privacy policy for more information.
• All personal information shall be used in  ccordance with the Students’ Guild privacy notice.

Limitation of Liability

• The Students’ Guild does not provide any form or practical or IT support for any of the prizes. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

• The Students’ Guild reserves the right to cancel the survey, the prizes, or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
