We’re excited about making sure St. Luke’s students have a brilliant Freshers’! The Quad is the ideal location at the heart of campus to host loads of activities and is also the perfect place to enjoy some sunshine too!
There will be a wide range of events on offer on the campus throughout Freshers’ Week, including those organised by your Students’ Guild, and various societies and groups. You can check out the full events schedule here. There will be a variety of events throughout the week and beyond. Make sure you also check our Give it a Go page for upcoming events happening on St Luke’s.
The Freshers’ Fair (22 September) is your chance to speak to a range of societies and sports clubs, find out about some of the amazing opportunities available to you, and soak up the atmosphere on campus! Coming to the Fair is a brilliant way to get involved with everything on offer.
You will need to book a ticket for the Fair you’d like to attend (subject to availability). You are able to enter the Fair anytime during the time slot (11:00 – 17:00), please be aware that you may need to queue as we manage the people flow into the event.
There is a Quieter Hour (10:00-11:00 & 15:00-16:00) which means that if you have additional access requirements or need a quieter environment, you can still make the most of the Fair. There is limited capacity for this, so make sure you book your slot.
Book your free ticket here.
This event is in collaboration between University of Exeter, Exeter Students’ Guild and The Athletic Union.
Please note there is a limit on tickets to help us manage numbers through the Fair to make it as safe as possible for all students and stallholders. If you are not able to secure a ticket, there are plenty of opportunities to join societies and sports clubs online via the Guild’s website and the AU’s website. This includes options to attend and get involved with taster events and activities!
We’re looking forward to opening your space, G48 (South Cloisters), ready for the start of the new year. G48 is the Guild space on St. Luke's, where you can study or meet friends socially, and is also where Guild Reception is. Make sure you drop in when it's back open! You can find it between the St Luke’s Info hub and Giraffe House, at the far end of the Quad.
