The form asks you provide a brief outline of your idea, and how it aligns with one or more of The Guild’s priorities: Gender Safety, Sustainability, Cost of Living, Wellbeing & Belonging & Inclusion. It also asks for a rough budget (how you plan on spending your £500), and a timeline.

Please note that you will have 6 weeks to work on and deliver your idea. We ask that you email us an informal review of your work by the 19/06/23 (this can be any format you like, we just want to know the outcome, what went well, less well etc).

We are hoping to have an in person celebration of your work W/C 19/06/23 but will offer a hybrid option (tbc).

Key dates:

  • Deadline for applications: 19/04/23, 5PM
  • Successful applicants will be informed: 24/04/23 (latest)
  • Kick-off meeting with the Guild team and other successful applicants: W/C 02/05/23
  • Informal report of Project delivery by 19/06/23 (in person/hybrid celebration TBC)

If you are unsure on how your idea may fit, or have any other queries, please reach out to arts@exeterguild.com for a chat!
